Teams Comments:

We got to the event and waited to get a parking space since there was no parking lot at the store. We parked in the front of the store. They told us that we had to set up inside the store because HP city didn’t permit them to set up anything on their sidewalk. We decided just to use the table & our table cover and PA system near the door. The Owner of the place asked us if we had the movie tickets,

they were expecting 20 tickets. We Said we didn’t had any and that we will find out.

Mayra got there also expecting the movie tickets which we didn’t have. It was Not in our

Agenda and didn't receive any special instructions about this. Mayra Berenice called Mariano to

find out how to fix the issue. They came to a conclusion to get the list of names of the

winners. Mariano told me to sign it with blue ink and a special signature so we will be able to tell that it's not a photocopy. Mayra was unsatisfied because we didnt

have the movie tickets. and her client was asking for them throughout our stay. She also noticed

that our System isn’t working and it sounds really bad. Our table is very thin to

hold the big PA SYSTEM. Mariano instructed me to make photocopies of the tickets, he sent

Isabel an email of the ticket. I went to look for a copy place to photocopy the tickets.
