When we arrived To the event, we called our contact right away and he answered us. We introduced ourselves and he told us where to set up. We already knew that because of the map that we got with the agenda but we called him as a formality to let him know that we were there.

The environment was good but we brought the party!!!

Isabel with her Zumba classes and I with the Magic tricks were the attraction of the afternoon.

We also did contests so the people at the event could win prizes and feel that they were part of the event.

We started to organize contests with prizes for adults and children separately so the competition was fair. The main prizes were the free tickets for the premiere of "No Manches Frida" and then we had the official prizes of the station.

We were doing the contest every 30 min. The duration of the contest was about 15 min so we kept the audience with us for a long time, at the point that other companies began asking us if we could mention their business at our event and we politely let them know that in order to do that we must get authorization from the sales department or our superiors and we gave them the phone numbers of our office letting them know that they can call and ask about promotions and get the information that they need. The people had a great day and one of them even got us food.

By the time that we put everything down and left it was 9:30 but we barely noticed it.

We had a really nice time as well.
