Team Comments:

I got there on time and spoke with Jazmine (Supervisor) and Olga (Manager) to see where we could park for the event. They both were very friendly.

I started calling at 7:45 am to do the call but the phone sounded busy. I called several times and at8:50 I called my manager (Mariano Cuebras) to inform about the situation. He got back to me within 3 min later and told me to call and I did. This time the phone was ringing but nobody was answering. I kept calling until somebody at the Piolin Cabin answered me. I forgot his name because he answered me in a rush and asked me who I was. When I introduce myself as Wally and told him that I was calling to do a call, he asked me how did I get this number and I told him that I was calling to do a call (again). He seems to not understand what was going on so I re introduce myself as Wally, a member of la Patrulla Superestrella. He realized what I was trying to do and asked me for my number and told me that he will call me back. I explained him that I have been calling to the station since7:45 am and he didn’t say anything about it.

I gave him my phone number and before I could remind him that the event will finish at 9 am he hung up on me. This happened at 9:35 am aprox.

He called me back at 9:45 am and apologized and told me that he had a lot of things to do and told me that we were going live. He told me to hold on 3 to 5 min later he told me that it wasn’t enough space in that commercial for the call and that if I want to wait for the next one and I told him thank you but no because the event will finish in 10 min.

During the time that this happened I was by myself at the event and I have to left the radio listeners and stay inside of the van for nothing. This, far from been professional it makes us look really bad in front of our Station fans and it shows no coordination in the company.

This is not the first time that something like this happens. Lately we've been calling and the calls are not scheduled at the station or there is nobody answering the phone.

Thanks to our Manager (Mariano Cuebras) is that we call him to inform what is going on, he calls another person and tell us when we can call and somebody always answer after that and we made the calls on time (most of the times).
