Arrived on time. We were instructed to set up the canopy by the door. The after hours team arrived and set up their sound system. Joe energy arrived with drinks and snacks. We helped him set everything up. The calls were made on time. It was a good turn out and we had lots of people show up. We raffled some T-Shirts and other stuff . Overall things turned out very well.
