As soon as we arrived we met the contact and told us where to set up the posters and exhibit the gifts.

We called on time to the station (5:45 pm) for the first call and because of technical difficulties at the station, the call wasn’t recorded until 6:25 pm.

Back in Leonardo’s, we spoke with the contact because we noticed that they were having a delay opening the doors, the people were getting impatient and our time to leave was getting closer. With the contact's permission, we started to do contests to give away the station gifts while the people waited in line to distract them from the long wait and it worked!!! The people were more receptive with a great mood when we left than when we had just arrived. The contact was very happy and thankful.
