As soon as we arrived on-site, we called our contact who told us to go to another building to find out where we can set-up. They weren't able to give us an exact location so we began searching and were able to find it on our own. Once we set-up, we began promoting the event. People began arriving little by little. We reached our highest peak at around noon. It remained steady for the rest of our shift. We danced and entertained our crowd with official prizes and magic tricks. The next team arrived to relieve us at 3:30. There was a lot of traffic on the freeway and another team was busy doing a recap so we had to wait to do ours. When we called to do our first call-in, we were told that we were programmed to do just one call-in instead of 2. We tried locating our contact before leaving but he didn't answer the phone.
