I got to the place at 6.10pm there was a lot of people on downtown and Disney parks we usually park on downtown Disney but this time the lot was full they told us to park somewhere else and due to traffic and all the detour it took me more than an hour to get to the other parking lot and park. It was 18 dls the parking usually downtown Disney is for free with validation but since it was not avaliable they said it was the only option to park. It was a trouble because i had to ride the shuttle that takes people to the park it even with all that i made it only 15min late. Thanks to the time gap that they gave me to go to the event otherwise i would it got there probably more than an hour late. One there i called the contact but she never pick up and the people from HOB were not letting me in because they said there was nothing on their agenda. They told me to wait and after a few minutes went to ask again and the manager from box office Tori told me Amy the contact told her that we were not on the agenda for that day. I call Mariano the manager to inform him about it he made some calls and told me to wait a bit. I went to ask again because my manager told me we sure were on the agenda but the lady was with a Little attitude so i did not wanted to insist . Mariano the manager called me and said to me to give the shirts to people on the line but by that time all the line was inside and a few were in a rush to get inside. The promo was Scheduled 6 to 8p but the HOB opens the doors at 8 i think the promo time is off. I left the place around 7.30p this time they let people early .
