Event Summary:

Teams Comments: We arrived to the radio station at 11:00AM, however Dorian, Isabel, and I were not going to fit inside the Locutores vehicle. We went ahead and had to switch PA system with FJ Verde in order for us to all ride together in one vehicle as it was written on the Schedule. We took about 40 minutes moving equipment. On our way to the promotion out in Hemet we caught heavy traffic due to collisions and it being prime traffic time. We arrived to the promotion 10 minutes before the event. Mayra Berenice was already there waiting. We spoke directly to Jacqueline Garcia. She than went ahead and told us where she would like for us to set up. The event took place directly in front of Walmart. We also parked the station vehicle in front of the store near the canopy in order to attract more walk-through traffic. All of our CD’s are not only scratched, they need to be updated. Mayra has complained to us regarding this issue on several occasions. Thankfully, Mayra brought in her updated music and that was what we had playing the entire promotion. It brought in a lot of attention. Several people came. They were interested in the music and the games. They most definitely enjoyed our company. The promotion ended at 4:15. We packed all of the equipement and drove back safely.
