Teams Comments: We arraived to the location at 11:30am. We spoke to Jose Barajas, he went ahead and le tus know where he’d like for us to set up the promotion, the only problem was that there were cars parked in the area he requested we set up. He asked for us to wait until they got the vehicles moved out of the area. It was 12:05 when we were finally able to go in and set up. Emmanuel also tried made the first call at 11:50 however nobody was inside the Jose studio. Emmanuel kep calling until around 12:10 he was able to get a hold of somebody inside the studio and they went ahead and aired the first call. The promotion went well, the canope was unsteady due to the wind. For that reason being, we were not able to set the back drop. Due to safety hazards.
