Event Summary:

Teams Comments: We arrived to the radio station at 3:30pm. We asked to speak to Olga Salgado, however, she was unfortunately not on sight. We immedietely were referred to an assistant manager at the Super Market and she guided us to Sandra the manager of Tel Cel. As soon as we spoke to her she requested we set up in front of the market to the left hand side where there were no objects blocking our sight. The view was clear and open to the public/foot traffic coming into the market. As soon as we were finished setting up Alexxx arrived and began socializing with the crowd. They seemed to really enjoy his company as well as ours. The crowd maintained entertained throughout the entire promotion. We began raffling off super estrella T’s at 5:30pm. The crowd was excited to know they were official prizes directly from the radio station. They did seem a little upset to discover that Tel Cel was only giving away one pair of Alejandro Fernandez concert tickets. We wish we were given more, especielly because it was a large crowd. Immedietely after we raffled off super estrella T’s, Alexxx raffled off the concert tickets. We finished wrapping up all of the equipment at about 6:15 pm and arrived to the station safely.
