Teams Comments: I arrived to the address given but it wasnt the right place. I had to drive around to ask where the event was going to take place. One of the staffs knew about Carlos event and directed me to the person in charge. He told me where to do the set-up witch was outside in the field. They had a race going on and also giving away prizes. I had to put the canopy and table by myself since I was working alone. The people that wanted to participate with Carlos were asking for him since the event was supposed to start at 9am. Carlos arrived around 9:30am. I started signing up everyone for the waiver one by one because I wasn't provided with pens. I also wristband a little over 100 people that wanted to participate. I took pictures and raffled away the prizes as well as the tickets.
