Event Summary:

Teams Comments: I arrived to the radio station. Sun was thankfully already here. We were assigned to drive the belanova van however it had been taken previously by Veronica to another promotion. With authorization from Christian we went ahead and drove the saturn van to the promotion. We arrived on time to Sprint, safely parked the car and called the contact. The contact was unfortunately not on sight, however, we were able to get in touch with him over the phone from one of the employees. He had the supervisor get in touch with us and help direct us on where exactly they wanted us to set up. She went ahead and told us to set the promotion outside the building. As we began setting up, Hyacinth finally arrived. We had her make the first call while we finished setting up. As soon as the clock hit 1:50, Hyacinth finally began announcing Sprint specials along with the raffle that we had going on for the tickets as well as the prizes. Unfortunatly the dolly that was brought with us had flat wheels, making it difficult for Sun and I to import heavy loads in and out of the vehicle. I would briefly like to mention a small discomfort. If we could please bring a friendly reminder to everybody that we are a team. A team helps one another, in unity, as one. We don’t fight, we don’t argue, we don’t give attitudes to one another. In order to get a job done we calmly discuss any problems that could or should ever arise. I strongly urge our leaders to please have a discussion with our team about this small discomfort. I know it would truly establish a successful group resulting in meeting our true potential and becoming the best that we could be. Thank you again for your time. Overall, the promotion was successful. As a team, including Hyacinth, we brought in a lot of attention. We had the client sign, packed up, and left the premises at 4:15.
