Teams Comments: When we got to the place we called the contact to see about the set up . he informed us about the place and told us not to bring down the sound system because they already had a DJ there . he said the Dj was going to let us used the mic. We only set up the canopy ,table and prizes. There was a lot of people and we raffle the t shirts and also asked trivia questions. The DJ was nice working with us. Also the contact was letting us know what he wanted to be announce since they had different activities. We did not have any difficulties.
