Event Summary:

Teams Comments: I arrived to the radio station at 6am along with Sun. We began gathering all appropriate equipement necessary for the Sudando con Carlos event. Sun informed me that the day before 10/24/15 Mariano contacted Dorian, and other promotions members in search for the one CD player we have functioning properly since it was no where to be found. So Mariano left one of the heavier and older PA system along with speakers for us to take to the event in case we couldn’t find the CD player. So we took the PA system to Belanova. But I remembered that the last event this particular CD player was used was for the WSS promotion in the city of Wilmington, Soco and I had worked. I immedietely checked that the P.A. system (which was also in Belanova) and found it lying beneath the speakers. I have communicated to Soco on several occasions regarding specifically where certain equipment must be placed however, she continues leaving equipement in wrong places. We spent 15 extra minutes taking the heavier and older PA system to Belanova and back up to the office again. After putting it back, we left for the event and arrived at 8:25am. We talked to our event contact and set up everything by 9:00am. Carlos arrived at 8:50am and made the first call. People started arriving before the event had started and we gave them the waiver forms as well as the bracelets to sign. Throughout the event, I was managing the music for Carlos and Carla (zumba instructor). Sun was taking pictures and giving out waiver forms to people who were arriving late. After the class ended at 10:15am, Alicia Romero (contact) began announcing on the mic that we were giving away prices and La Extravaganza tickets. We started giving out raffle tickets and Carlos along with Alicia did the raffle. After the raffle, we wrapped up, pumped gas into Belanova, drove around for 20 minutes to advertise Superestrella, arrived to the station at 12:35 and put the equipment back to the closet. I’d also like to inform you that the dolly holding the older P.A System that was back up for Sudando con Carlos Alvarez event has a flat tire that needs pumping.
