Teams Comments: We reached the contact at the arriving time to ask him for a parking pass ,we did not have any. They did not tell us we were not able to set up a canopy or play any music due to the stage that was near us. We set up the table and the backdrop to the existing canopy. We gave away t shirts asking people questions regarding the station and also the tickets. There was not many people as we were expecting. We only gave away around 200 tickets, and some people were not really our target age, we gave the tickets to them because they asked for those or because they won them eventhough they were no tour target. We contact the person incharge and told him we were living but since it is a big event it was hard to find him or for him to have the time to sign the agenda. We had to take the old backdrop we feel it needs to be replace . Also the time provided to get to the place was only 2 hours we had to take some of that time to load a canopy and some other stuff that were missing and the place it is really far . for those events takes time to look for the contact and carry the stuff we were in a rush to make it in time . we think 3 hours for cases like like would be proper.
