Teams Comments: We arrived to Regal Cinemas and spoke to Claudio Cortes. He told us to do the set-up close to the entrance. We did complete set-up. As we plugged in the system, we noticed that it didn’t work. The PA system said tray error, so it wouldn’t open to insert the cd from either side. I called Chris to let him know about the situation and he said to buy an aux and that he would reimbursed it. Sun went to buy the aux while I try to fix it and made the 1st call-in. When I called to do the 1st call-in, Iliana told me that she didn’t had any calls for her to record. I called Chris to let him know and he said to call them back and to tell them to record my call, that he would let them know. Sun arrived and connect the aux but even with the aux, it wouldn’t work, I had to hold the phone a certain way. We had a gentleman that came from LA asking us for the Universal Horror Nights tickets but I told him that we didn’t had those tickets. He showed me the post that was up on-line saying we were giving away Knott’s scary farm and Universal horror nights tickets. We made 2nd call-in and gave away tickets for Universal Studios, El Chavo del 8 show, King Clave and Ramon Ayala. It was kind of a slow Fridaynight.
